Te Atatū Peninsula Kindergarten is a hidden gem. You may not see us from the road, but come along and meet us, we know you'll love our kindergarten.  

At the heart of our beautiful Te Atatū Peninsula community, Te Atatū Peninsula Kindergarten is a warm and welcoming kindergarten where tamariki are nurtured, valued, and empowered to learn through play. Where tamariki are encouraged to explore, create, and develop confidence in their own unique way.

Our passionate, qualified, and experienced kaiako build strong relationships with each child and their whānau creating a sense of belonging that supports wellbeing and lifelong learning.

  • Sessions We welcome children from the age of 2 years and offer morning sessions, from 8.30am – 12.30pm, and school day sessions, from 8.30am-2.30pm.
  • Affordable and high quality – We offer 20hrs free every week for all ages. There are also additional subsidies you may be eligible for via WiNZ and Family Boost, we can support you with information on this.
