Birkdale Kindergarten is located in the heart of Beach Haven.

We embrace a highly diverse community representing over sixteen nationalities at the centre alone.

The kindergarten is rich in literacy/text throughout the environment through the means of books, written text and IT experiences the children are involved in.

We celebrate an inclusive environment, promoting warm relationships and strong links with the community.  The children have a strong sense of belonging and independence.

While Birkdale Kindergarten feeds into six local primary schools, the majority attend either Beach Haven or Birkdale North Primary School.  We have strong networks with these schools which plays an important role in our transition to school programme.
