Kindergarten NZ Limited (KiNZ) was established in 2002 and is a subsidiary of the Auckland Kindergarten Association.

KiNZ provides quality early childhood education at its four early learning centres and advisory services in the early childhood sector.

Early Learning Centres

Our early learning centres have been specially designed to provide a safe and dynamic learning environment for children from 3 months to 6 years of age.*

KiNZ Early Learning Centres operate on the kindergarten philosophy.

The learning and development of children is supported and extended by our teaching staff who are qualified in early childhood education and hold a current practising certificate (Teacher Registration).  We also have a number of staff in training.  This is supported and encouraged by our organisation.

All teaching staff are provided with ongoing, new and inspiring professional development opportunities to remain up to date with present theory and most importantly support positive learning outcomes for children.  An appraisal system also support staff opportunities for growth.

We believe in the importance of creating an attractive and child-orientated environment that honors and respects diversity and where the staff act as positive role models in achieving this.

At KiNZ, we acknowledge the dual cultural heritage of Aotearoa, and uphold the spirit and intent of the Treaty of Waitangi.  We encourage children to learn about the cultural diversity of their local community and the wider world.  We strongly value a partnership approach between families/whanau, teachers, and management.

Advisory Services

KiNZ provides a Teacher Registration Programme of advice and guidance to assist teachers working in early childhood centres.

KiNZ Tutor Teachers who visit the centres to support the registrants hold full registration status and have extensive experience and background in early childhood education.

Our approach is to work in partnership with you.  The process is registrant driven, however, KiNZ will set you on the road to success with this professional programme of support, guidance and encouragement.

Interested?  To discuss this service in more detail, or to arrange a consultation with one of our Tutor Teachers, please contact us on 09 300 1818 or email info@kinz.org.nz

We look forward to working with you to enhance and support your exciting professional journey.

Professional Support
KiNZ Advisory Services can also provide early learning centres with professional support in the areas of property and maintenance, staff development and workshops.
